We ship to the Mexico, the United States and Canada. Orders from Mexico ship from Mexico City via DHL or Fedex and US/Canada orders from California via UPS.

No, we do not and will never do preorders as we strive to provide the best shopping experience possible. All of our products are premade.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We will send you all the tracking information once the order is shipped 0-2 business days after your purchase.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?
We do offer exchanges in case you want to change your hoodie's size, as we want to make sure it fits exactly the way you want to. However, we do not offer returns. For more information please visit the "Policies" section at the bottom of the home page.
